Science & Technology Parks

The University of Edinburgh is currently developing two science and technology parks on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

These science parks are based in the midst of dynamic research and business networks which offers the potential for cross-fertilisation of ideas, co-operation between the world-class research centres based in the University and the stimulation of spin-outs.

The parks offer prestigious accommodation to meet companies' individual requirements, by offering flexible office and laboratory space, within business/incubation centres, multi-occupancy buildings or larger built-to-suit developments.
